The purpose of this document is to
outline the process which Winn Energy Controls, Inc. (WEC) has utilized in the past
to successfully develop recurring sales of our products and services.
This is a four color brochure that provides
an overview of the energy efficiency, operational and demand response
capabilities of the ADRES control solution.
This portable document file is an overhead
presentation of the ADRES system and product line for use in initial
presentation of the system to end user customers. The presentation
starts with describing the reasons end users would purchase the
system to save energy and $$ from, 1) Operational Savings,
2) Efficiency Savings and 3) Maintenance Savings generated by
the controls. The remainder of the presentation describes past
projects covering small buildings and larger government
buildings. Also included in the presentation is a brief overview of
the individual ADRES hardware and front-end EnergyPro MS Windows-based software.
This portable document file is an overhead
presentation of the ADRES Generator control system and product line for use in initial
presentation of the system to end user customers with backup generators. The presentation
starts with describing the reasons end users would purchase the
system to save energy and $$ from, 1) Operational Savings,
2) Efficiency Savings and 3) Maintenance Savings generated by
the controls. The remainder of the presentation describes past
projects covering backup generators, automated demand response,
and military base smart grid applications. Also included in the
presentation is a brief overview of the cyber security of the system.
This document describes the technology embedded
in the ADRES Controls that generate the energy savings and perform the demand
response functions of the ADRES Solution.
This two graphics describe the operational methodology with description for the Energy Recovery
(supply air reset) technology embedded in the ADRES HVAC controls.
We have developed and utilize an Audit Worksheet
to collect the necessary data from representative client stores to allow us to design and configure the solution to meet the objectives identified for the client.
We have also developed and follow an energy-auditing procedure
to correctly perform the audit to understand the store equipment and assets and generate the energy consumption profile to match
with the historical utility bills and weather profiles.
With completion of the audit
worksheets for a store, we then utilize two templates to calculate and determine the capital cost for the energy conservation upgrades recommended
for the store and the technical and economic performance projected for the store based on the assumptions.
If the end client selected to simply purchase
the project outright, the process for procurement will be standard purchase orders with credit approval. The Winn Energy Controls, Inc. standard terms and conditions
are listed in the Terms and Conditions document.
