A bit about the ADRES Solution for your backup Generators
Deploy a cyber secure wireless solution to monitor, control, maintain and alarm your emergency backup Generators. Receive alarm notification each time the Generator is running, either for maintenance and testing purposes or utility outages to serve as the backup electric power source for your building or facility.
The ADRES control solution is a bolt-on controller that can either communicate through its configurable Modbus serial or Ethernet communication ports to most all new or larger Generators or retrofit to older non-Modbus capable generators with analog, digital and relay inputs and outputs to monitor generator alarm signals, detect generator analog signals (e.g. engine speed, oil, coolant, fuel pressure, temperature and levels) and with an add on electric submeter, monitor and record kW, kWh, voltage, amperage, frequency and power factor of the generator while serving the building or facility load during outages.
The ADRESpro HMI is available to end customers, contractors, utilities, and developers to access all the Generator performance, trend, alarms, reports in a customer’s fleet through the Internet via either PC, tablet or smart phone. The ADRESpro Mobile is the smart phone or table application to view alarms and warnings or maintenance and service work orders, through email and text messages.
ADRESpro provides a complete Generator Operations and Maintenance tracking capability to record preventative, corrective or unscheduled maintenance activities. ADRESpro supports adding digital images of before and after of the construction or maintenance activity to document all work performed. Tracking of all parts and material used in the maintenance activity is also provided.
ADRESpro has the capability to allow facility management the ability to dispatch companies or individuals to perform support work including fuel or oil supply vendors, engine / generator contractor preventative and corrective maintenance work. ADRESpro tracks the progress and completion of each work order.
ADRESpro HMI also provide a built-in engine emissions reporting capability meeting most state environmental protection agency air pollution control district (APCD) permit and reporting requirements.
One or many ADRES controllers can be added to provide full control over HVAC systems, lighting, water and waste water systems, renewable energy generation technologies including Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage, and Wind Turbine Generators, etc.
